Dormer Conversions

‍Our team constructs a box-like extension, integrating it into the back slope of your roof. The new room has vertical walls, a horizontal ceiling and ample floorspace. For the structural addition itself, you can choose between gabled and flat-roofed dormers.

Hip-to-Gable Conversions

‍These loft conversions only apply to end-of-terrace, detached and semi-detached houses with one or more hipped roofs. During the conversion, we remove the slope at the side of your roof before extending the exterior wall up. Our builders then restructure your roof to reach out and meet the wall at a right angle, creating a gable. This produces an impressive amount of floorspace and headroom.
